The ovens at Peter Bouchier’s state of the art facility in Moorabbin, are cooking products 24/7 as the range and demand continues to grow week on week. Over the years, many of our products have been entered into competitions across Australia with outstanding results. Peter’s dry cured bacon was voted Number 1 in Australia at the PorkMark Awards and, most recently, his Kabana – won first prize in its category at the AMIC Awards.
