Chicken Cooking Instructions

Boned and Seasoned Whole Chicken | Roast in oven at 180° for 1hr |
Tuscan Butterflied Chicken |
Oven: Roast at 180° for 20 mins per 500g BBQ: Use grill plate for 20 mins then turn to low heat and cook for 40 mins or until cooked through |
Chicken Mini Roast | Bake at 180° for 30-35 mins |
Marinated Chicken Breast | Bake at 180° for 35-40 mins |
Chicken Drummettes | Bake at 200° for 20-25 mins or BBQ turning regularly |
Whole Chicken | Roast at 180° allowing half an hour per 500g |
Marinated Chicken Steaks | Pan fry or BBQ allowing 6 mins each side |
Duck fillets | Fat side down in pan for 6-8 mins then oven bake at 180° for 10 mins |
