Australian turkey (63%), Australian duck (11%), Australian chicken (10%), duxelle (7%) [mushroom, onion, garlic, herbs, olive oil, spice], sage & onion seasoning (6%) (breadcrumb [wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, wheat gluten], dehydrated vegetables [onion (9%)], salt, herbs & spice [includes sage (1%)], vegetable powders, natural flavour (contains wheat), maltodextrin, chicken powder, sugar, cream powder (milk), wheat fibre, natural colour (100)), water, onion (22.2%), olive oil, sage (2%).
1. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cover with foil and cook at 160°C for 2 hours.
3 Remove foil, brush with butter, and baste.
4. Increase oven to 200°C for 30 minutes, continue to baste every 10 minutes.
5. Rest before carving.

DESCRIPTION
A true show-stopper. The Trio Poulet, also known as a Turducken, is a Numurkah Free Range Turkey stuffed with a Great Ocean Duck pasture raised duck and Hazeldene free range chicken, with our Traditional Sage and Onion Stuffing. Neatly trussed for carving ease, slice through to reveal the layers. Size is approximately 2.5kg, priced at $42.90kg. This product is vacuum sealed. Refer to product packaging for best before date.

Christmas pre-order questions
Having your order confirmation email on your phone or printed is useful, so we can confirm your order details. As a minimum, we need your name and contact number.
We will add a selection of Christmas products to our regular online store throughout December, however we are not able to take orders in advance for home delivery of Christmas products.
Pricing is dependent on product weight, which is why we only take a deposit. The deposit value is set at 25% of the estimated total price, the remaining value is payable at collection.
