Australian Turkey (88.2%), Stuffing [Sage & Onion Seasoning (36.9%) [Breadcrumb [Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Wheat Gluten], Dehydrated Onion (9%), Salt, Herbs & Spice [includes Sage (1%)],Vegetable Powders [includes Onion (<0.1%)], Natural Flavours, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Chicken Powder, Cream (Milk) Powder (Milk), Wheat
Fibre, Natural Colour (Turmeric)], Water, Sautéed Onion (22.2%),Olive Oil, Sage (2%)]
1. Preheat fan forced oven to 160˚C.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover with foil and cook for 2.5 hours.
4. Remove foil, brush with butter, and baste.
5. Increase oven to 200°C for the final 30 minutes, continue to baste every 10 minutes.
5. Rest before carving.
DEPOSIT - Pay the rest at pickup
A beautiful Christmas roast that carves effortlessly, this Free Range Numurkah Turkey is approximately 3.5kg, stuffed with our classic Traditional Sage and Onion Stuffing,. This festive roast looks spendid when cooked til golden and sliced through for serving. The drumsticks and wings remain and will likely be sort after portions among your guests.

Having your order confirmation email on your phone or printed is useful, so we can confirm your order details. As a minimum, we need your name and contact number.
We will add a selection of Christmas products to our regular online store throughout December, however we are not able to take orders in advance for home delivery of Christmas products.
Pricing is dependent on product weight, which is why we only take a deposit. The deposit value is set at 25% of the estimated total price, the remaining value is payable at collection.
