The best thing about sizzle steaks is their versatility. With any other steak (a porterhouse, for example), we recommend a simple recipe highlighting the meat's tenderness and flavour: throw the steak on a hot pan at medium-high heat with a sprinkle of salt and a splash of olive oil. You could treat sizzle steaks the same way and still have a wonderful dinner, but an inspired chef is limited only by their imagination.
