Peter Bouchier’s chipolatas all incorporate ethical meat from rich natural farmland. We solely rely on carbon-neutral, organic and free-range produce from leading local pastoralists dedicated to eco-sustainability. We think you’ll taste the difference.
Our chipolatas are completely gluten-free, perfect for careful eaters and those with health conditions. Peter Bouchier’s chipolatas do, however, contain sulphite preservatives. Far below daily intake recommendations, these are necessary to ensure their longevity and flavour profile.
You can enjoy the pure flavour of chipolatas by either BBQing or pan-frying them with some salt on medium heat to high heat. We find this simple technique produces some truly amazing results, but our chipolata sausages will get tastebuds singing no matter how they’re cooked. All you need to do is pick a recipe, but we recommend something with potatoes and onion for that classic trip to flavour town.
