This was a magnificent piece of pork. I chose the 1kg piece as it was just for myself and my partner. Normally we would cook a loin over charcoal but we went the easier route and tested this on the air fryer. The crackling was perfect - consistent crispness. The crackling to meat ratio was also perfect. The meat itself was very tasty. Will definitely be doing again.
