EQUIPMENT
- Grill plate or grill pan
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 4 tbs honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs grated ginger
- 1kg free-range pork neck or pork fillet, trimmed & diced
- 2 tbs Better Belly BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbs Natural Body Glue™
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients to a large bowl, stir to combine, then add pork
- Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour
- Thread pork onto skewers and cook on hot BBQ for 4 mins each side or until cooked through
- Serve with rice or salad
- *Note: Make the day before and allow the pork to marinate overnight for extra flavour
