Sticky BBQ pork skewers

Sticky BBQ pork skewers

Sweet, sticky and incredibly tender, these skewers will be on high rotation this BBQ season.


Servings 4
Preparation time 20 mins
Cooking time 10 mins

EQUIPMENT
  • Grill plate or grill pan
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbs honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbs grated ginger
  • 1kg free-range pork neck or pork fillet, trimmed & diced
  • 2 tbs Better Belly BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbs Natural Body Glue™
METHOD
  1. Combine all ingredients to a large bowl, stir to combine, then add pork
  2. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour
  3. Thread pork onto skewers and cook on hot BBQ for 4 mins each side or until cooked through
  4. Serve with rice or salad
  5. *Note: Make the day before and allow the pork to marinate overnight for extra flavour
